Adeptia, a leader in B2B data integration and business connectivity solutions, announced that it has appointed Geoff Mueller as Chief Operating Officer. He will focus on driving efficiency, innovation and growth across the organization. Mueller brings over 15 years of expertise in venture capital, growth equity, consulting and operational leadership.
Geoff spent 12 years in a variety of strategic roles at General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital and growth equity firm. He provided portfolio oversight for over 400 investments globally, primarily in SaaS, consumer internet, medical devices, clean energy and frontier technology industries. Leading Portfolio Operations, he worked closely with portfolio company executives to refine business models and drive successful exits, while also developing firm-wide performance evaluation, resource allocation and strategic planning initiatives.
He is currently a board member at Hayden & Co., where prior to joining Adeptia he spearheaded financial forecasting and discipline, enhanced operational efficiency and helped lead Hayden’s sale process through an initial exit in 2023.
