Today, Adeptia launched the latest version of Adeptia Connect, which includes several exciting new enhancements! Hear from CTO and cofounder Deepak Singh what this means for our customers and prospects.
What’s new in Adeptia Connect?
We’ve released several new features, all designed to help customers get up and running fast.
Historically, Adeptia Connect was only available as a single-tenant offering, deployed in the Adeptia Cloud or in a self-managed environment. With this latest release, Adeptia Connect is now available as a multi-tenant offering as well, so customers can get started much quicker and with a lower initial investment. In fact, you can even try Adeptia Connect for free through our new trial!
We’ve also revamped the user experience with state-of-the-art React technology. Our drag-and-drop, no-code automation wizard is intuitive and easy-to-use even for non-technical users.
Finally, we’ve introduced a marketplace of pre-built automations (integration workflows) and connectors to partners and applications. Simply put, it’s never been faster or easier to build data workflows with Adeptia.
Tell us more about what we’ll find in the marketplace.
The marketplace has everything you need to build automations across three main use cases:
- Application-to-application integrations, e.g. integrating Salesforce to Quickbooks.
- Partner/EDI-to-application integrations, e.g. integrating EDI purchase orders from a trading partner to SAP.
- Document-to-application integrations, e.g. integrating a pdf invoice with Quickbooks.
The marketplace contains several pre-built automations, which are templates between a data source and destination. You can also leverage our library of partner and application connectors to build custom automations. One unique aspect of our marketplace is that automations to retail and supply chain partners are pre-configured for EDI X12 transactions – a first for the B2B integration market.
How is Adeptia Connect different from other data integration solutions?
Adeptia has always been a leader when it comes to incorporating AI capabilities into our solution. We launched our AI data mapping functionality in 2019, and have continued to embed AI throughout our platform.
Earlier, I talked about the ability to integrate data from documents, such as PDF invoices, as one of our key use cases. To do this, we use a cutting-edge AI technique called Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to extract data from documents and transform it into structured data that can be leveraged by your downstream systems or workflows.
These features automate the most tedious aspects of data integration, and also make it more accessible to users of all technical abilities. With Adeptia’s industry-leading self-service capabilities, non-technical users can drive simple configurations of automations without needing to wait for busy developer resources to implement integrations. At the same time, developers can configure complex automations in Adeptia Connect, and provision them as templates for non-technical users. It’s the best of both worlds.
What are some of the key challenges Adeptia Connect solves?
Adeptia Connect makes business data exchange fast and seamless across your ecosystem of customers and partners. This has several tangible benefits:
- Accelerate revenue recognition by quickly setting up data exchanges with customers in days, rather than weeks or months.
- Improve your customer experience by having the flexibility to ingest customer data in whatever protocol or format it is available.
- Increase productivity of your IT and developer resources by empowering users across the business to configure data automations.
- Grow your business and explore new markets, without being constrained by the difficulties of setting up new data integrations.
