By virtue of its operations, a Property Management Software company was generating colossal amount of data daily. The enterprise was managing more than 850,000 residential units in 46 countries while working with 12,000 property managers worldwide. Their challenge lied in accessing huge volumes of data sent by customers and competitors in a variety of file formats.

The enterprise determined that its efforts to build a broader customer base were being hampered by existing transactional systems and manual processes, which led to data inconsistencies, islands of automation, and disruptions. Homegrown systems to access data arriving in a variety of formats and import templates were beginning to show their age. There was a need to integrate data, eliminate multiple source of truth, and accommodate growth without incurring substantial infrastructure investment costs.

The enterprise adopted a competitors’ software for data integration, but it solved less than half of the problem and delivered several data inconsistencies and errors. In its quest to streamline data integration, the property management company came across an enterprise class integration solution — Adeptia Connect, and things were never the same.

The property management company signed up for Adeptia Connect based on the enterprise class solution’s flexibility, ease of integration, and user-friendliness. The integration solution is built with a strong any-to-any integration backbone to help enterprises be more agile by making it easier for them to make data connections. It functioned as a dynamic IT governance portal to create and manage data interfaces. Automated mapping features received real time data and pushed it into the backend. The solution empowered business users to create connections and facilitate exports from their competitors’ product without the need of writing a single line of code.

Soon thereafter, the property management company created 35 new connections it needed to handle exports from its customers and partners business systems in different import templates. The solution supported customer onboarding, comprehensive data integration, and ongoing flow of data.
