Geoff is the Chief Operating Officer at Adeptia, responsible for driving efficiency, innovation and growth across the organization.

Geoff brings over 15 years of expertise in venture capital, growth equity, consulting and operational leadership. He spent 12 years in a variety of strategic roles at General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital and growth equity firm. He provided portfolio oversight for over 400 investments globally, primarily in SaaS, consumer internet, medical devices, clean energy and frontier technology industries. Leading Portfolio Operations, he worked closely with portfolio company executives to refine business models and drive successful exits, while also developing firm-wide performance evaluation, resource allocation and strategic planning initiatives.

He is currently a board member at Hayden & Co., where prior to joining Adeptia he spearheaded financial forecasting and discipline, enhanced operational efficiency and helped lead Hayden’s sale process through an initial exit in 2023.

Outside of work Mueller is an active contributor to his community, advising several charitable and educational organizations, in addition to co-founding a nonprofit focused on accelerating the growth of social impact organizations in Boston through volunteering, fundraising and awareness.

Geoff attended Boston College, where he earned a B.S. in Management with dual concentrations in Finance and Economics.
